The perfect bath bomb is one you can make on your own. These little luxuries can be quite expensive if you’re purchasing them premade, which is why many people prefer a little DIY action when it comes to making bath bombs. If you’re not sure what this means, you will just have to take a bath and see. Bath bombs are designed to make your bath water softer and more luxurious, and it takes only a few moments to create these effervescent little luxuries to use as gifts for loved ones and friends or to keep for yourself so that you can enjoy a little spa-like treat at home on your own time. For a more spa like experience, you may consider consulting a luxury hot tub dealer that offers different styles of hot tubs. For peace of mind and to prevent any potential bathroom or plumbing problems, having Graham and Sons by your side is a valuable source of assistance.

We have a simple set of instructions that is designed to make the process very easy. Anyone can do it, even if you’re not all that DIY-capable.

What You Need

¾ cup baking soda

1 cup citric acid

2 cups cornstarch

Mix everything together and then separate your mixture into a few evenly dispersed bowls. In small bottles of water (spray bottles) add a few drops of food coloring – you can choose the colors. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to each one and then spritz the powder mixture a few times.

Once the mixture is a little bit wet, try to form it into a little ball. If it sticks, you’re good. If it does not, keep mixing. You do not want to add too much water, however. But once you have the right consistency, fill baking molds with the mixture and allow them to sit for a few hours in the fridge to keep them in shape. Take them out and put them in sweet containers or even little bags. They will stay very nicely this way until it’s time for you to add them to your next bath.
