It’s simple, it’s fun and it’s something that the entire family will enjoy. And just for the record, those who do not enjoy good old homemade mac and cheese are a little bit questionable, don’t you think? We have one of the simplest, most delicious mac and cheese recipes you’ll ever make to share with you. And the best part is that this is a recipe you can stick in the crock pot first thing in the morning so that you don’t have to worry about cooking when you get home.

What You Need

5 cups cheddar cheese (finely grated)

1 box cooked macaroni (Pick your favorite fun shape)

12 ounces evaporated milk

1.5 cups regular milk

½ stick of butter completely melted

2 large eggs (cracked and beaten well)

Salt to taste

Paprika to taste

Pepper to taste

Spray your crock pot with cooking spray and add everything to it with the exception about a half cup of your cheese. Mix everything very well once it’s in the crock pot and then go ahead and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top followed by a little bit of paprika. Turn the crock pot onto a low setting and allow the mac and cheese to cook uninterrupted for approximately 3 and a quarter hours. Once it’s done, take it out and enjoy it while it’s still hot.
