Recipe for a Delicious Asparagus Cheese Melt

If you don’t love asparagus, it’s time you try to eat it with melted cheese. We get that not all people love all vegetables. Veggies are all so different and yet they are so good for us, and most people like them a very specific way. For example, some people only enjoy broccoli when it’s cooked with melted cheddar cheese on top whereas I can only eat it baked for 25 minutes with olive oil and garlic drizzled over top (trust me, it’s amazing). The same goes with asparagus. It’s good, but it can always be better to some diners. That’s why we’ve come up with an amazing melted cheese asparagus that’s going to make you want to eat it all the time. Talk about promoting good health; this recipe is going to make you want to spend the rest of your nights making more. And the best part is that it’s so simple you can’t even imagine how good it is.

What You Need

Asparagus (What you feel is necessary for the number of people you are cooking for, but we recommend about 20 pieces for a dinner for two)

Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Olive oil

2 minced garlic cloves

Salt and pepper to taste

You’re going to first preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you’re going to take your asparagus (fresh – not out of a can, please) and place it on a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan so that each piece has its own space without sitting atop another. Then you will drizzle just a little olive oil over the top, sprinkle on your garlic, add some salt and pepper and then you will bake your dish for approximately 20 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, immediately sprinkle cheese over the top – be as liberal as you’d like – and let it melt a moment before serving warm. You are welcome.
