This app is more like a great cook book, but it’s better than cook book because it’s free. It’s also available on your phone, which makes it more accessible and more likely to use. Not only does this app provide you with an endless array of low fat recipes, it also provides you with complete nutritional information for your journey. Each meal is given to you with all the nutrients written down, a list of ingredients and a complete guide on how to make the meal as healthy as possible so that you lose weight and feel great.
