10 Celeb Couples Calling 2014 Their First Valentine’s Day

It’s no secret that Hollywood relationships are a dime a dozen. It seems like Tinsel Town’s hot and heavy couples  change up their relationship status just as fast as it takes to wrap screen projects. Still, no matter how many times they’ve been in the dating circuit or have been engaged, they still believe in a little thing called love. There are quite a number of Hollywood couples who have recently rang in 2014 as a brand new couple and will be calling this Valentine’s Day their first in their relationships – whether they are newly dating, newly engaged, or newly betrothed. Let’s hope that this will be the first of many for them!

Here are some celebrity couples who are Valentine’s Day newbies, celebrating their first together:

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting & Ryan Sweeting

Not only is this going to be their first Valentine’s Day together as a married couple, it’s going to be their first V-Day together, period. The happy couple tied the knot on New Year’s Eve after dating for only a few months: they got together just this past summer.

Amy Poehler & Nick Kroll

Even though we adored her with ex-husband and fellow funnyman Will Arnett, we’re glad that Amy Poehler has found love again with Nick. We could only imagine the conversations on their dates! The two comedians have been together since last May.

Taylor Lautner & Marie Avgeropoulos

The Twilight heartthrob and his Tracers co-star first got together in July 2013. The six-year age gap doesn’t seem to be a factor for the duo, as they are going strong and most likely canoodling during their first day of love together.

Justin Long & Amanda Seyfried

The two actors have tried denying their relationship, but we know the truth! The adorable duo has been together since last summer.

Jenny McCarthy & Donnie Wahlberg

While his NKOTB superfans weren’t too thrilled to learn their beloved Donnie was spoken for, these two are a ’90s match made in heaven. The two hotties got together in March and are going strong.

Ashlee Simpson & Evan Ross

Ashlee Simpson can soon add ‘daughter-in-law of Diana Ross’ to her name! The singer-Chicago star and Diana’s son were engaged this January after six months of dating.

Johnny Depp & Amber Heard

While this may or may not really be the first Valentine’s Day holiday for the-artist-formerly-know-as-Jack-Sparrow and his  Rum Diaries co-star, we’re going to count it as their first engaged (and technically, public) one.

Jesse Eisenberg & Mia Wasikowska

Earlier it was announced that Jesse will be playing the iconic Lex Luthor in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman flick. It must be his lucky month: not only was it made public that he’s going to be Lex, he’ll also be spending his first V-Day with his gal pal Mia, whom he’s been dating since July 2013.

Charlize Theron & Sean Penn

The A-List couple shocked everyone when they confirmed their relationship at his Help for Haiti charity gala last month. The two were speculated to be dating after being spotted on vacation in Hawaii together over New Year’s.

Kevin Jonas & Danielle Jonas

Ok, this may be cheating, but it’s technically true. The married pop couple’s first Valentine’s Day together was probably years ago, but this is their first V-Day as a couple… of parents! The two became first-time parents to a daughter, Alena Rose Jonas, earlier this month.
