When you’re trying to decide what to wear, you might wonder whether or not the man in your life will like what he sees. Of course, you want him to find you fabulously gorgeous and attractive, but sometimes what we women see as fashionable and attractive is not exactly the same thought men have. Trust me, I’ve had days where I feel fabulous and my husband looks at me like I’ve lost my mind. You know what, though? I don’t care as long as I feel good…but sometimes it’s fun to know exactly what statement your shoes are making to others.

Brightly Colored Heels

When a man sees a woman in a pair of bright hued shoes, he assumes she’s the life of the party. She’s the first one on the dance floor, the fun one, the one who laughs at everything and doesn’t care what others think.

Gladiator Shoes

Some women might get mad at me here, but I’m with the guys on this one. When I see someone wearing these shoes I just shake my head. They’re so confusing and unattractive and painful looking. Men aren’t going to ask you out in these shoes, ladies.

Beachy Sandals

Guys find women in these shoes casual, laid-back, and fun. They assume she’d rather be in Hawaii, lying on the beach than running errands around town. They like it.

Cowboy Boots

This opinion is a mix. Some men think it’s hot, others think that it’s fake.

Animal Print Shoes

Men don’t like this look. They consider women in animal prints to have a….certain reputation. They find women in animal prints too desperate and attention craving, even if she’s really just a fun girl who loves to look funky.

Low Heels

Men love this look. It makes them imagine that at work you’re put together, but get you home on the weekend and you are a jeans and white tee kind of girl; and they love that kind of girl.

From a guys perspective, (I got to this website from a link at “Cracked.com ” about “20 Great Quotes…” so there.) I have to agree with Ms. Raiford’s assessment.
Especially low heels. My fiancee wears all kinds of shoes, but I question her sanity when she wears anything over 2.5 to 3 inches.
She tells me if a woman learns to wear heels early in life , instead of waiting until she has to wear them, then she will be OK., Otherwise her leg muscles and ankles are injury prone and her walk will be far from graceful.
About those animal prints. I have seen a couple of women pull this look off.
They are self-confident and have a presence which allows them to wear anything they feel like. For the rest, it just looks like dress-up for little girls.
