A Few Quotes to Get Inspired

Inspiration comes in many forms. Some women love to find their favorite quotes on wall art and hang them in their homes. Others like to jot down inspirational quotes on sticky notes when they hear them and stick them to the mirror in their bathrooms. Others, still, have entire boards dedicated entirely to uplifting and inspiring quotes on their Pinterest pages. It doesn’t matter where you get your inspiration, just that you have it. You’d be surprised what a few well placed quotes can do to your mood and your performance that day. You may even find that one good quote can change your entire life. Here are a few favorites that might make you feel a little more inspired.

“Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you’re going to live your life.”

–          Joes Osteen

When you wake up each morning you are presented with a blank slate. What you choose to do with that slate turns into your day. Choose to make it a positive, grateful day instead of a negative, ungrateful one.

“A year from now you will wish you had started today.”

–          Karen Lamb

Whether it’s a diet, a new job, a business venture or the novel you have always dreamt of writing, starting today is a great idea. There is not time like the present; think about where you would be if you’d made that change a year ago. Where might you be today?

“There is a certain happiness in being silly and ridiculous.”

–          Unknown

Let loose. Have a little fun. Laugh. Be a 12 year old girl again. Whatever you consider silly and ridiculous; do it. That is all.

“Marriage is getting to have a sleep over with your best friend, every single night of the week.”

–          Christie Cook

Married people remember this. As long as you never forget that the person by your side is supposed to be the person you have the most fun with, you are doing well. Un-married people remember this. If you don’t feel this way, don’t get married.

“Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you’ll be criticized anyway.”

–          Eleanor Roosevelt

Truer words have yet to be spoken.
