Zappos is a one-stop shop for designer clothes, shoes and accessories for people who love great customer service and quick shipments. However, there is one thing that many people are unaware of; Zappos does not offer coupon codes or promo codes. If you’re here looking for a list of coupon or promo codes, you’ve come to the wrong place. The simple reason for this is that the store does not offer these. Why? Well, they offer an entire experience.

Zappos is not in the business of offering coupon codes because they like to offer you a full-blown experience shopping on their website. If you see an offer for Zappos coupon codes or promo codes, understand that they will not work. Why? According to the Zappos website, the site offers things they think their customers prefer rather than coupons.

For example, Zappos offers free shipping all the time, whether you’re ordering something or sending it back. There is no minimum order required; it’s always free shipping. Zappos also offers customers the opportunity to return items that do not live up to their expectations for a full 365 days. That’s right; a full year’s time to return items you don’t like, don’t use or don’t want anymore. That’s about 335 days longer than any other store in the world.

Additionally, Zappos offers customers fast delivery on all purchases – usually within two business days. Finally, the store has one of the most amazing, kindest and most helpful customer service representatives in the world. Do a quick internet search for Zappos customer service and you will be astounded by the lengths these store employees are willing to go to ensure their customers are treated fairly and given the assistance they need. They go above and beyond at all times. With all that as a standard, who needs coupon codes?
