Earthcore 2015 in Australia Featured a Real Tornado that Ravers Tried to Dance With

Earthcore

If you plan on traveling to Australia anytime soon, head over to Victoria where it appears you have the opportunity to dance with real, live tornadoes.  Actually, don’t do this at all.  It’s highly unsafe.  Hippies at an Australian music festival really got at one with nature when they literally danced with a tornado. Yes, that’s correct. The whirling wind appeared at Earthcore 2015 in Victoria, Australia, but instead of rushing to secure their tents, dancers rushed towards it.

Better known as a “dust devil,” which is defined as a “strong, well-formed, and relatively long-lived whirlwind, ranging from small (half a meter wide and a few meters tall) to large (more than 10 meters wide and more than 1000 meters tall). The primary vertical motion is upward. Dust devils are usually harmless, but can on rare occasions grow large enough to pose a threat to both people and property” dancers appeared to try and be “one” with the natural disaster instead of fleeing.

Seriously, what are these people thinking?  Remind me not to travel with these folks or to ever attend Earthcore in Australia.
