Use Your Citi Card and Save Big Bucks This Holiday Season

The only thing more frustrating than not being able to find the perfect gift/dress/item you want this holiday season is finding it, buying it, and then seeing the same item two days later with a 75% off price tag on it when you’ve already paid full price. It makes you see red, and not just because it’s the holiday season and red decorations are haunting your every waking moment.

This holiday season, stop worrying about your savings and start saving. With the new Citi Price Rewind from Citi, you won’t have to worry about buying something 20 minutes before it goes on sale and wasting money. Anytime you shop with your Citi Card this holiday season you are eligible to receive a refund on any difference in the price within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is register the items you purchase with your Citi Card at www.citi.com/pricerewind. For the next 30 days, Citi will monitor that item; if the price drops more than $25 in that time frame, you will receive an email from Citi telling you that you are eligible for a refund after filling out a short form. After that all you have to do is wait for your check to arrive in the mail. Citi will refund you up to $250 per purchase and/or up to $1000 in a calendar year.

The holiday season makes us all a little lazy. All those decadent treats, delicious cocktails, and the thought of mall parking during the holiday season makes it hard to think about looking around for the best deals this season. Citi is making it easy for those of us who simply do not have the time to shop around for every little item we buy, by shopping around for us. All we have to do is shop, and Citi does the saving for us. Make your holiday a little merrier and use your Citi Card this season to help you save an average of $80. Whether you tell your husband about your savings or keep it to yourself and indulge in a new pair of designer shoes is completely up to you; I won’t tell.
