25 Tallest Players in MLB History

Satchel Paige – 6’4
He’s tall, and he’s a man who went down in history long before his 1982 death. He was known as being one of the best – if not the best overall – pitcher in professional baseball. He was also the oldest living Rookie of the Year when he played for the Cleveland Indians in 1948 at the age of 42. He was an all star player, and he was also the first man from the Negro Baseball League to play for the World Series. He was more than just good. He was the best.

Tiffany Raiford is a lifelong Floridian, wife to my high school sweetheart and mother of four littles (two girls and boy/girl twins...no, they are not identical and yes, I'm sure). My kids love to whine, so I love to wine. My loves include nap time, bed time, date night, travel and evenings and weekends when my husband is home because he handles all diaper changes.
